Optional Rentals

  • $10.00 each for tablecloth rental for colors other than white, ivory, black
  • $1.00 each for cloth napkin rental – note some colors or fabrics extra
  • $4.00 each for chair cover rental – white, ivory, black standard. Other colors available for an additional fee
  • $2.00 up chair sash rental – price varies based on fabric chosen
  • $6.00 table runner rental – price varies based on fabric chosen
  • $600 Wedding Ceremony – includes staff to reset the room, plus use of the bridal suite
  • $300 Bridal Suite without a ceremony

When are rental fees due?

The rental fees will be due with your final payment to Stillwater Event Center at least 30 days prior.
