Cash Bar:Guests purchase their own drinks, offering cost control.
Capped Bar:Free drinks up to a set limit (e.g., number of drinks, amount, or event duration), then transitions to a cash bar.

At the Stillwater Event Center, all alcoholic beverages must be exclusively provided and served by our designated bartenders. This policy is strictly enforced, with no exceptions, and no outside alcohol is permitted on the premises.

The Stillwater Event Center offers flexible booking with no bar minimums, giving you greater control over your event budget.

An industry standard 18% bartender gratuity will be added for all hosted bar items.
