Exclusive Caterer Scheel’s Catering

Dinners will generally range from $20 – $26 per person plus sales tax, labor fee, gratuity.

Imagine your wedding day, where every detail is thoughtful, and the food is as unforgettable as the moment you say “I do.” Scheel’s Catering is ready to make that dream come true. With our on-site commercial kitchen, your wedding meal is prepared fresh and served at its absolute best—no transportation from elsewhere needed. We will work closely with you to design a menu. Whether you’re dreaming of a classic menu with dishes like champagne chicken, herb crusted roast pork loin, or choice tenderloin tips w/ merlot mushroom sauce, we’re here to make it happen.

With full-service catering, we’ll take care of every aspect from start to finish, creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for you, so you can focus on celebrating your love. Here are some popular wedding menu items to inspire you:

Social: spinach & artichoke dip, caprese skewers, mexican cheese squares

Entrees: pan seared chicken w/ roasted red pepper parmesan cream sauce, biased cut smoked sausage, baked ham

Sides: roasted baby red potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetables, wild rice pilaf, assortment of salads

Desserts: dessert bar, flavoured mousse shots, homemade cream puffs, delicious assortment of bars, cupcakes

Late night snacks: dollar size sandwiches, chips & salsa bar, mini donuts, carnitas pork sliders, cheese and cracker display

Scheel’s Catering is thrilled to help make your wedding day unforgettable! Late-night snacks are a wonderful way to keep your guests energized and delighted into the evening. Scheels Catering can provide a variety of delicious options, and we’ll work closely with you to create the perfect PM snack. If you’d prefer, you’re also welcome to bring in your own snacks, as long as they’re prepared by a licensed facility. Either way, we’re here to ensure everything is just right for your special day!

Outside Snacks and Desserts: You’re welcome to bring in outside snacks and desserts! However, to ensure everything meets our health and safety standards, all items must be purchased from a store or a licensed commercial baker.

Your Responsibilities: You’ll need to provide your own bowls, platters, and disposable serving utensils to serve your treats.

Venue Support: If you’d rather not worry about bringing those items, we’d be happy to provide them for you! Just let us know in advance so we can work out the details. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on what you need.
