Owner Todd Scheel was originally the in-house caterer for Stillwater Event Center before owning the business, so he’s known this Stillwater venue inside and out for quite some time. After acquiring the event center, he quickly went to work on remodeling. The bridal suite, entry way, and event hall have all undergone major renovations, and we still have exciting new additions and remodels to come.
If you’re choosing Stillwater Event Center for your ceremony, reception, bridal shower, or even a quinceañera, you can customize the entryway with your own decorations and signage. Display photos on our TV screen, decorate around the fireplace, lay out your guest book on the entry table—make the space your own!
The number of guests allowed is certainly a concern for any type of event, so we’ll arrange tables to ensure that we can fit the maximum amount of people, or our indoor capacity of 225. We’ll take care of table set up and take-down as well, so you just need to focus on the decorations.
While we’re more known for hosting weddings, we host all types of events: corporate events, banquets, meetings, family gatherings, holiday parties, and more. We’ll help you turn the space into whatever setup you need!
Food is one of the most important parts at an event, and our in-house caterer, Scheel’s Catering, has plenty of choices to make sure you and your guests are satisfied. Before your event, we’ll sit down to discuss menu options. We have delicious, filling entrees along with fan favorite sides and desserts. Ever been to an event with a mashed potato bar?
