Style of meal
Each meal style has its own pros and cons, so it’s really up to you and what you’d prefer. With a buffet-style, guests can help themselves to whatever they like and how much. Similarly, you could opt for attended stations so your guests can select what they want, but staff will serve them. A plated, sit-down dinner means that staff will prepare each plate and deliver them to the tables.
Keep the season in mind
If you’re getting married in the summer, you and your guests will want a cold, refreshing appetizer, like salad. With Scheel’s Catering, you can choose between having a salad bar or selecting one of the salads off our menu, which includes pasta salad. For winter weddings, opt for something warm for both the appetizer and main dish.
Crowd-pleasers
It’s nearly impossible to select something all guests will like, but to be safe, you can choose dishes well-known and loved.
